Clifford Curry trouve l'opportunité de revenir sur le devant de la scène grâce au guitariste-producteur Fred James. Celui-ci lui décroche un contrat avec le label italien Appaloosa qui débouche sur cet album. Un programme beaucoup trop classique de Soul-Blues - parfois médiocrement chanté - avec néanmoins quelques moments sympathiques comme "Bit by a rattlesnake", "The provider", "She shops till she drops".

Clifford Curry finds the opportunity to return to the front of the stage thanks to guitarist-producer Fred James. This landed him a contract with the italian label Appaloosa which led to this album. A much too classic Soul-Blues program - sometimes poorly sung - with nevertheless some nice moments like "Bit by a rattlesnake", "The provider", "She shops till she drops".
