WICKED

Alligator

December 1999 - June 2000

On retient néanmoins "The other woman", "Up on 1-2-5" et le duo avec Ruth Brown "If he moves his lips".

TALKING TO STRANGERS

Alligator

2002

This time, the production is entrusted to Dr John (also on keyboards). The album lacks a little fire and originality even if we find, here and there, nice moments ("Livin' on love", "When a woman's had enough", "Talking to strangers").

GENUINE HOUSEROCKIN' CHRISTMAS

Alligator

THE SOUL TRUTH

Shemekia chante parfaitement sur les excellents "Breakin' out", "All about you", "Better not touch", "Givin' up you", "Something heavy".
